When Wolfgang is in his Mighty form, the speed boosts of said items don't apply. Other forms don't have such problem.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Get Wolfgang to his Mighty form.
2. Equip Walking Cane and Magiluminescence.
3. Something is clearly wrong
