merms affected by horror/brilliance cannot target shadow creatures

alignment merms (the ones you get by using horror or brillance) cannot target shadow creatures

I believe this to be oversight but I could be wrong

Steps to Reproduce

Attack nightmare creature with lunar/shadow merms

They don't target the shadow creature

Go to bugs

This is not a bug. It could be added, but isn't a feature at the moment.

Changed Status to Closed
