Maxwork's mostly unused

Not really a bug, but maxwork is used for very few things, even though it could be useful for mods support and making code cleaner, since that way you could get how much work left the thing had right after spawning in and stuff like ruins statues could show state depending on percentage of work left in comparison to max work, atm even if you set their work left to 99, they'll only start looking broken at 10 work left, and if you set it to 5, they'll be in broken anim from the start, since they use marble pillar tuning variable instead of maxwork


Steps to Reproduce

Look at lines 128-137 in ruinsstatue.lua and realise that mods practically need to override the function if they want to change amount of work left from the start and keep percentages at which the way the statues look changes without needing to change everything else that uses TUNING.MARBLEPILLAR_MINE
