Magician's Top Hat unusable on beefalo

The Magician's Top Hat only displays the "Equip" option when mounted on a beefalo, making Maxwell unable to use the hat while mounted.

The top hat becomes usable once again when dismounted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Ride a beefalo

2. Try to use the Magician's Top Hat

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.

This was done intentionally to limit the scope of player states and keeping edge case behaviour low. The last hotfix has added the feature into the game.
