Although both version of Gardeneer Hat have shadow level animation when they are in the equip slots, only the low tier Gardeneer Hat has shadow level. I don't know if this is intended but I guess this is a bug.
Steps to Reproduce
Wear both Gardeneer Hat and check the attack damage of shadow duelist
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
