Inimical Gestalt No Longer Respawn After Initial Encounter

If all Inimical Gestalt are defeated during their first spawn wave, they will never reappear in the world.

Steps to Reproduce

Create a new save file (this step is critical—old and new saves exhibit different behaviors).
Defeat the Celestial Scion and obtain the Celestial Jewel. Equip the Enlightened Crown with the Jewel installed.
After the first Inimical Gestalt appears, immediately defeat it. Observe whether additional Inimical Gestalt continue to spawn afterward.
