While carrying many relocated graves as Wendy, including one on cursor, I dropped one to pick up a snack, and then grabbed the grave back up on my cursor.
When I went and planted the graves, a pile of headstones was waiting at the edge of the water off screen, near where I set down the grave to eat a snack. I picked up all of these graves, and planted one. An exact duplicate of the one planted appeared lying on the ground. This happened for all the graves from the pile. "Relocating" any of the graves and replanting them caused that specific grave to duplicate and end up on the ground.
The graves had the same shape and epitaph as the ones planted that "spawned" them.
Only mod installed was Global Positions (map share), in a 3 player survival world.
Carrying 6 graves dug up from the world generated graveyard in inventory, and one on cursor, drop a grave, eat something, pick the grave back up on your cursor, then walk off screen and plant all the graves.
