Ickers slow gestalts down

Not sure about if this is a bug, but given that gestalts aren't really physical, it looks odd.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use enlightened crown with 5 celestial jewels near an icker

2. Have a gestalt fly near it at some point and have goop stretch towards it
