Hounded component GetDebugString doesn't always return a string anymore

This was weirdly removed in 651259 at the end of the function:

return s

I should note that I'm reporting it here as that's the branch I'm currently in and where the issue is, unsure if it's also in the main branch, but it might be.

 

Related to the hounded component, I made a relatively big report about a bunch of other issues (including a major one) with it here.


Steps to Reproduce

Try printing a string using the function after the warning phase is over and hounds/worms are in the process of spawning.

If doing this in a client hosted server with no caves, using c_select(TheWorld) and enabling debug info, the game should crash due to a string being expected.
