Hot Springs can still emit heat when in their "glassed" state

  • Fixed

Their exothermic state never changes at any point, instead they return 0. This is a valid heat value, meaning they can technically help against freezing, if the player's temperature is below it, or prevent a thermal stone from getting too cold. And can just overall be accounted for in heater searches, when they shouldn't.

Ideally, being in the glassed state should set their heater exothermic variable to false.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Get close to a glassed hot spring while below 0 degrees, or test with a thermal stone.
  2. Compare temperature changes with not being close to one.
