I'm not sure if this is intended or not, but the animation of food going through the body seems to play once as soon as a player is eaten, and then again shortly after which the camera follows. This also occurs to other creatures swallowed.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Sacrifice yourself to the Great Depths Worm
2. Watch something going through it's body that is not you, even though it only ate you
