In my personal world I experienced game crashes whenever I completed the restrained static quest, to make sure it wasn't one of my mods I started a new world with no server or client mods and used console commands to complete the quest. When I completed the quest in that world the game freezed and forcefully disconnected me, but didn't show a crash log.
Steps to Reproduce
Put all of the three celestial altars in to spawn the mysterious energy, then complete the quest to get a restrained static. During the completion animation is for me when the game freezed and then disconnected me
