I suspect it's intentional, but it's always worth reporting. Moslings have a chance to trigger lightning strikes, causing a very sudden decrease in rain intensity. When it happens during frog rain, it interrupts the event, and after a few minutes, the frog rain resumes. This cycle can persist for several days if someone uses Moose/Goose and Moslings to deal with frog rains.
Steps to Reproduce
Use frog rain to kill Moose/Goose.
Mosling triggers a lightning strike and frog rain abruptly stops.
A couple of minutes later it starts frog raining again.
This cycle can last for several days when someone uses frog rain to kill the Moose/Goose.
