I haven't tested this specifically, but it is persisting between restarts and across worlds.
For some reason the clean sweeper fixes it.
Edit: after fixing the bug with the clean sweep it stays fixed even when i restart the game. But it becomes bugged again if i walk offscreen.
Steps to Reproduce
Play the Wilson rework Beta
Build a firepit.
Walk offscreen and come back
More obviously bugged when fuel is low.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
