Dreadstone slingshot rounds are edible (elemental food type), but Dreadstone itself isn't

It's likely an oversight on the slingshot rounds, but it could also be addressed by having Dreadstone be edible (and potentially adding side-effects when creatures consume it, in a later update or so).
