Dreadstone helm does not restore durability when worn by followers

The dreadstone helm gradually restores it's durability while worn by survivors (and does so faster at lower sanity), but does not restore any durability while worn by pigs, bunnymen, merms, spiders or splumonkeys.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Craft and damage a dreadstone helm.
2. Give the dreadstone helm to a pig.
3. Wait 1 minute.
4. Give the pig another hat and pick up the dreadstone helm.
5. Notice the dreadstone helm's durability is unchanged.
