Merms with tools will dig stump first even if they already doing some other work like choping, it make all merms stop work for 1 second when a tree is chopped down.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Make at least 2 merms get tools
2. Lead them to chop trees
3. When a tree downs, all other merms stops and go towards the stump
