Crystal-Crested Buzzards spawn more than they are supposed to

Crystal-Crested Buzzards can spawn more than the amount of circling lunar buzzards shown before, most noticeably with boss corpses, I use console to spawn Bee Queen in these examples. Small mobs don't seem to have this problem, or I have yet to replicate it.

There have been a couple of times in my runs that the amount of circling buzzards were 8-10 yet the landing buzzards reached 20-24 in number. Unfortunately I have yet to replicate that again to record. Using console command to spawn mutated buzzards manually and then spawnkill bosses doesn't seem to reproduce the same effect, so I'm not sure what is going on here.

Sidenote: I fail to spawn shadows of circling mutated buzzards, by sending to console this command

Quote
TheWorld:PushEvent("ms_startlunarhail")

when a lunar rift is active in the world. So for my lack of technical knowledge, I resorted to waiting for natural lunar hail to reproduce this.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Turn on Lunar Rift, wait for natural lunar hail and then shadows of Crystal-Crested Buzzards hovering above the character.

2. Summon a boss and kill it. Namely Bee Queen

3. Compare the amount of Crystal-Crested Buzzards landing to eat the corpse to the amount of shadows before.

User Feedback

Oh hmm, I just notice new buzzard shadows showed up right before the added amount of buzzards landed, timestamp 0:55 for the first video and 1:01 for the second. It was very brief and the shadows faded away pretty fast...

I have to admit I do not grasp enough technical mechanics of buzzards to explain...

Regardless, the buzzards eat the loots so fast :wilson_cry:
