when using the panflute with Cloudy Carmen as wortox, it makes enemies groggy and unable to aggro on you for a short period after waking up. this effect does not extend to allies, though, meaning that if you use the panflute and then attack the enemy and wake it up, it will simply attack your friends instead of you.
if this isn't simply a bug/oversight i would like for this to be changed regardless, it makes the skill quite useless to me and it feels like griefing.
Steps to Reproduce
- Spec into Cloudy Carmen as Wortox
- Use the Pan Flute on an enemy
- Wake up the enemy
- Watch it swerve to attack a different nearby player
