Celestial Revenant can't be killed

After the Celestial Revenant boss is killed and its essence is encapsulated, it sometimes respawns instead of disappearing. When you move the mouse over the boss, no examine or attack text appears, it cannot be attacked this way, it can only be attacked by pressing the f key. Even if it is killed again, it cannot be used on the capsule.
