Cannot pick up items dropped from dead merm king

The thulecite crown, marble suit and trident that dropped from dead merm king are dropped at the center of throne.

If you didn't pick them up before making another king, the hitbox of new king will block you from accessing those items. 

Any chance devs can make those items not drop at the center of throne?
