Bright-Beaked Birds don't have a visual timer that tells them they can be fed.

The new birds have an indicator showing when they can be fed. But if you skip the time, it doesn't light up for them. 
But if you take the bird and put it back, the stone will glow.

Steps to Reproduce

Feed the breaking birds and skip time with the console

Go to bugs
