Bright-beaked bird fly away test seems incorrect

This makes it so it only flies away from lunar aligned creatures in limbo (e.g. inventory) that can't be targeted, which seems wrong. Pretty sure it should be the opposite, with MUST and CANT tags swapped around.

Edit: it seems to still be working correctly, as MUST tags are used as CANT tags in FindEntity and CANT tags are used as ONEOF tags. Might be best to fix variable names though, since they are confusing.

1. Open brains/bird_mutant_rift_brain.lua

2. Lines 5 and 6

Changed Status to Closed

This misnaming is also present in birdbrain but I will not touch it in the case that mods were upvalue hacking the tables. I will leave some comments.
