Beta Top Hats Missing

I had a red top hat skin I used a lot but on the beta it is not showing up as I own it, or even that it exists.

Steps to Reproduce

Beta Shop, red top hat gone.

Go to bugs

The Jingly Tophat is a recurring seasonal item during Winter's Feast where you can craft with the skin while the event is active after which the skin ownership is removed. Any items that were skinned with this temporarily owned item will remain but no more can be made until the next Winter's Feast.
