Bernie not gaining extra HP from big form

(this might be intended, it's just different behavior from pre-patch)

Before the beta, Bernie had 1000 hp and Big Bernie had 2000 hp.

Now, Bernie's hp does not increase to 2000 when entering big form.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have Bernie enter big form
2. Check HP, it's 1000 instead of 2000.
