Bernie health regen doesnt work.

At the first beta bernie's health regen perk worked fine but now it stopped working.
He only regenerates a few points of health when he first becomes animated and stops regenerating after that.
My skill tree is this for reference , it might be dependant on other bernie perks. Didnt have time to test in detail.

Steps to Reproduce

Make a similar skill tree to mine and damage bernie with any attack , then check his health.

Also having this issue - I can't figure out how it's supposed to work but not seeing any regeneration from any level of injuried for BERNIE or bernie, being held, in inventory in storage or out in the world
