I have encountered the sealnado once in my game around day 30 something. I was killed and when I returned he was gone. I am now day 190 and haven't encountered him since. This is a fresh game started when the update was released. I really want to fight him again but he will not spawn.
Steps to Reproduce
Speculation since replicating this would be time consuming... it would take 100+ days to see if bug is replicated. I died on the first encounter with the sealnado, revived by touch stone then he will never be encountered again.
