Game Freeze on start

Everytime I launch the game, it loads and when the tv appears it just freeze, but the sounds still playing, and I can't even alt+F4, or force stop the game because it appears over any other app in the pc, it's literally unplayable, and I met even the recommended requirements, even tho they're pretty basics it seems that just by having a gpu that support directx 11 and 8gb of ram should being able to work but it keeps freezing, not even crashing, just froze forever. is there any way to make a dumpfile to see what's going on?
