Changes:
- Anomaly: Menace now locks room exits in non-combat rooms
Fixes:
- Fixed issue where some players who were very progressed would not have Anomalies unlocked on their map when they should
- Fixed Runspeed Gem bonus not always applying
- Fixed Pristine Gem bonus not applying properly
- Fixed Golden Zucco not spawning loot for all players
- Fixed Last Word anomaly spawning bombs when a spikeball or projectile is destroyed
- Crash fixes
