Update Information:
- fixed a world gen bug where there sometimes wasn't enough metal in the starting biome
- fixed a crash when using the flush toilet
- fixed a crash when building a lot of ladders/doors next to each other
- fixed a crash when save/loading equipment
- fixed a crash when connecting insulated pipes to regular pipes
