[Game Update] - 112000

This is a hotfix release.

Update Information:

Don't Starve Together Update 1.1.200.0 (Xbox - released November 3, 2025)

Changes

  • Revived merms from lunar mutation will remember their original home and leader (if they are of lunar affinity)
  • Tuned Crystal-Crested Buzzards flamethrower cooldown, damage, and lifetime.
  • Crystal-Crested Buzzards won't stack walls of flame on top of each other, and will instead extend the lifetime of existing flames when firebreathing.
  • Horror Hounds and Permafrost Pengulls will not target Crystal-Crested Buzzards.
  • Reduced Crystal-Crested Buzzard health from 400 to 300.
  • Crystal-Crested Buzzards go away when the Lunar Rift closes.
  • There is now a limit on the number of Crystal-Crested Buzzards that can circle a player.
  • Dead Red and Blue Hounds will no longer be mutatable, and will have the correct visuals.
  • Shadow merms and the corpses that they came from will no longer be mutatable.

Fixes

  • Fixed Gestalts not hitting anything during the Celestial Champion fight.
  • Fixed Shadow Merms from attempting to perform a lunar mutation.
  • Fixed being able to indirectly hire Lunar Merms as a non-Lunar aligned Wurt through recruiting other nearby merms.
  • Fixed an uncommon crash with the circling Crystal-Crested Buzzards when moving around in the world.
  • Fixed a case where a gestalt possessable corpse can lose its gestalt.
  • Fixed the Shattered Spider Hole regenerating all its spiders when being mined.
  • Fixed a crash on load related to the Moonstorms.
  • Fixed Crystal-Crested Buzzards to be targetable by the attack key, instead of force attack.
  • Fixed Bright-Beaked Bird's chest gem being missing in its art.
  • Fixed an issue with the number of circling Crystal-Crested Buzzards duplicates on a player leaving and rejoining.
  • Fixed crash when Terramite mines Glommer's Statue.
  • Fixed Walter's storytelling not stopping when fire runs out.
  • Fixed Waxed Pumpkin Heads not saving properly.
  • Fixed a crash with the Sanctum crashing on load.
  • Fixed a crash with the fake Koalefant carcass when the game saves.
