Map filters And "show the nearest"

I think it's something that really could be added. How do I see it? A simple Box placed in corner of the map.In that Box we could tick what we want to see on the map.For example I want to see only the spiders location, so I untickeverything except the spiders. And so on the map the only icons I can see are the spider ones.I also have another idea. Something called "show the nearest" button.After ticking what we want to see on our map we click that buttonand a bumping arrow shows up above the nearest (if discovered) thing we ticked.
