You only need a single Oinc and a garland or, two Oinc to counteract the sanity drain, I propose that we weaken the effect of sanity gained per Oinc to make it so you need 10-15~ to counteract it. In his current state, he is just a better Maxwell.

 

Edit: Another thing is that his sanity drain for eating raw stuff is really negligible, he loses about four to ten sanity at most for his debuff, I think it should be a bit harsher.
