You would be able to modify their diets, what they breathe, their interests, and (in the case of critters) their excretion. You would also be able to breed modded dupes and critters, which passes on their genes. Smuch Posted June 25, 2018 Share Posted June 25, 2018 Without going as far (I mean letting you go as far as changing what they breahe or eat at will would be pretty crazy and game breaking) I had similar ideas bout a 'bochemistry' upgrade. There'd be a 'genetic recombiner' station. It wouldn't let you do half as much.Mostly it would let you slowly with a long 'treatement' remove or add certain traits to dupesincludin some new ones you culdn't get from smple suffle or training (with the risk of adding negative traits fit fails to make it a non 100% win process) and on critter eggsget icreased oddsof getting a certain variant at birth. Maybe give critters upgade as well like making them bigger for more meat or eat more food but produce newoutput products.
