No Lingering/Idle Zone

I'd really like if you could define zones where duplicants will not linger when idle

I was having this problem where they would linger right outside the toilet, then if i gave them something to do, they would all try to pass the sinks, but if there was 3+ dupes by the toilets, then at least 1 would carry germs outside.

My current solution is to pump out the air of the toilets, making them only stay there long enough to "do their buisniess". (See attached picture)
This is a kinda silly solution tho, so i'd really like if it was possible to add/restrict zones where they can/cannot linger when idle
