Storage Order

Far too often I find myself having trouble with the storage compactors, like just trying to find where items are in the individual compactors [not because the items are missing (and even when that happens, it's almost always because the crew hasn't "discovered" the substance yet) , nor because I clicked on the wrong compactor, but because the "organization" has a strange tendency to switch every now and then for what seems like no reason] and the fact that when I DO find the item's category, and find that it's one you have to scroll down to find, it AUTOMATICALLY moves the sorting window to the top of the list when I open the category [forcing me to scroll back down to the bottom for EVERY SINGLE CATEGORY that's like that, which is especially irritating when I'm making multiple storage compactors for each INDIVIDUAL ITEM WITHIN THE SINGLE CATEGORY]

But it doesn't have to be this way, since I think there are simple solutions to this problem: 1. have the items/groups that are already in the compactor show up first. 2. not have the list window automatically move until AFTER you click away from the compactor. and 3. have the group ordered in the same way that the main list is in the upper right corner of the screen

does anyone else agree, or am I just getting irritated at nothing again?

I do find the fact that the order of the items in the compactor randomly changes to be super annoying. 

It would be a lot more intuitive if the list was in a fixed order.

Great ideas.  I would like to add onto the storage container topic of either increasing the storage capacity to higher than 20,000 Kg or having a storage container that is one step larger.  I've only recently begun playing but I am already finding myself needing to build a dozen containers only three cycles in.
