How to add a were-version to your character?

Hello! I made and finished a character mod just yesterday but it is not quite complete just yet.

You see, he is supposed to be a werewolf, but the problem is I can't quite pull that off without the correct files, animations, etc. Using Woodie's werebeaver form was something I had in mind, but since my computer hates almost all programs and won't let me use the tools required, I can't pull the files apart and pick at them. 

I was wondering if anyone here, by any chance, had these files, or something else that could still do the trick. I would also require some guidance on how to change the settings if any.
