In need of assistance with coding perks of custom characters

I am making three characters for me and my friends, and so far I have gotten the artwork and their basic codes down to where they are simple but playable. I am looking for help in adding the following perks to them:

The first Character is a robot so I was looking for a way to have them upgrade with gears, overcharge with lightning, but take increased damage from rain, heat, and cold

The second Character my friend wants to act similar to Wigfried in how she regains stats after kills and have custom weapons.

The final Character my other friend wants to have an Item similar to Wendy's flower to summon a custom familiar. (a special eye plant that defends them)

Any help with any of the above would be greatly appreciated.

You could probably search the game files for WX, Wigfrid and Wendy and then modify them the way you want.
