intuition
Has anyone managed to make a water purifier that only runs on electricity? I was thinking: polluted water -> tepidizer -> steam -> water. Something something like this: having dirty water in the middle and water in the main chamber. without pumping the steeam Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/77850-tepidizer-water-purification/ Share on other sites
Stiffa_Basirio
For some reason my tepidizer can't heat up liquids over 85 Celcius. So no evaporation without magma, I guess Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/77850-tepidizer-water-purification/#findComment-909454 Share on other sites

So no evaporation without magma, I guess Tepidiziers will turn off after a few seconds if they are not in liquid or in liquid above 85 degrees. But they actually still work for those few seconds. If you keep switching it back on it will keep heating the water. To be honest though it doesn't seem worth it. There is no need to purify water as geysers produce more fresh water then you will even need. intuition
I found in another thread that if you position it in the way i did, with the blocks underneath it and have water dripping over, it will switch on enough (for those 5 seconds) to heat the water up to steam. I just don't have the skills enough to find out how to direct the steam out, and what flow rate to have so it doesn't overheat.
