Duplicate learning, smart tiles, portable batteries and pumps, robot sweeper, animal breeding

I finally got up to 200 cycles and feel like I have a handle on this great game. Here are some ideas.

I would love to be able to have the duplicates have some sort of learning station as apposed to just research that allows them to upgrade their skills and learn to smart mine. There is a point in the game where your main base is nearly sustainable except you have to go find certain materials. If you could set up a way for the dupes to automatically from a set starting point, size of sections with ladders (10 tiles across, 4up then a ladder, repeat) and set directions (up right, down left, down, up, etc) so they can automatically mine. Then with more learning they could search and direct their mining for specific materials. They could also learn to prioritize better. This would be fun to get your base set up and just let it run to see how far you can go. I have one at cycle 250 where the 4 dupes are fine the only thing I have to do is find materials and at that point I feel like I have won / no real reason to continue till I get to the outside wall.  

I would love to see smart tiles that can filter liquid or air like the filters do. You could create more complex bases with blocks that allow hydrogen up but keep the oxygen down or polluted liquid down and clean water up. I would also love to see a better way to handle chlorine. Other than a hazard it just hangs around.

I would love tiles or switches that turn off a pump at a certain concentration of gas or water level.

The air pumps seem to be a bit excessive in some situations, I would love to be able to choose different sized pumps and filters for different applications.

Portable batteries, pumps and hose would be great for situations where you want to move gas or liquid but don't want a massive deconstruction project.

I would also really love to be able to build a robot that will auto sweep later in the game.

I would also love to be able to breed the puffer fish that produce slime and the ones that produce polluted oxygen. That would create a great combo for producing unlimited algae.
