Briar Seeds

Whenever I start a new game, I never have enough briar seeds to furnish my base, even though I prefer statues as decor. I've been fine with thimble reeds, wheezeworts, mealwood, and bristle blossoms, but briar seeds are finite and usually in limited supply. I need more briar seeds, but I cannot seem to get them. I've tried using Cheat Engine, but I suck at using Cheat Engine so I have no clue what to do. I've tried editing the .yaml files but to no avail, just destroys my game. I just need some briar seeds. Suggestions, anyone? Anyway to spawn them in or perhaps could somehow help me adjust the spawn rates for them? Same goes for Pufts I guess, as I only ever find one, maybe 2 pufts in the whole map. Morbs are easy enough to create, and usually I get enough hatches to permanently sustain a whole bunch of coal generators by eating my garbage, so that's not a problem, but pufts are another problem area for me.

I'm not sure at all about what I'll say but, I think new briar plants continue to appear on some natural tiles like dirt during the game if you let a space for it.

Btw there is an easy way to start the game in debug mode, so if you want to custom your map you don't need C.Engine, this is an easier solution.

Debug Mode doesn't allow for mob spawning or item spawning.
