But not as in "you" chosing there features, rather the highest Lvl will personalize your dupe. By that i mean that once your dupe has a lvl above 15 that dupe will have a sort of caracterizing feature. (and if several jobs are higher than 15 then the oldest high lvl remains the prioritzed one) So for: Combat: a axe on the back Cook: Cooks hat Art : Brilliant Raindbow hair Compost : vines or twigs in hair Research : Science googles or lab coat Power : Eletrical Hat Repair: Monky Wrench Mop : Blue coat or mop on the back Harvest : Scyth or Shears Sweep : well a sweep o the back Builder: a hammer on the belt Deliver : a clipboard, delivery hat and shorts Dig : Shovel on the back I don't know, it would make it easy to identify who is who, there role and make each dupe a little bit more unique.
