Begging/Help DST Character Problems

I Am Completely new to coding and designing characters but i wanted to get a character created i attempted many guides and failed miserably. So I have turned to you the community of DST. I was hoping some kind soul out there would be willing to create the artwork and shell of the character for me i can imput abillities and such like health san hunger and rare skills i just cant seem to get the bassic shell of character to work. as for the art work i cant even begin to know where im going so in regards to that i was hoping somone could make Gajeel Redfox from fairy tail a playable character on the workshop for me. if you feel up to the challenge.
