in_case_of_wally
So, I've been working on my own character for DST, and I've figured pretty much everything out apart from one small problem. I've used Spriter to change around the z-order, since my character has longer hair, which needs to be behind the body. However, even though it looks good in Spriter, it doesn't fix itself in-game. I've looked into this, and from what I've heard it has something to do with the autocompiler. Is there some way to get around this? Attached is a screenshot of what I have on Spriter, which looks as it should. In the game, however, the hair clips through the body incorrectly. whatsherface
I got around the hair problem by putting the back of the head slot in the hair. Take a look at my Atlas-0. The hair slots are way above the headslots. I'm not sure how that translates to spriter, because I've been using the extended sample character and editing the individual parts. However it still clips when you're running, but when you're still it doesn't. Hope this helps some. ^^ Spoiler Link to comment https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/70265-issue-with-mod-character-clipping/#findComment-819992 Share on other sites
