Dont Starve Together Creature/Character Mod Troubles

Trying to figure out how to get the x, z, and y coords of a player but only if they are a certain character? I have tried many different way to do this but i can never get it to work. Any help at all will be great. I was trying to follow the creature tutorial mod (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=177281570) but it doesn't seem to work for DST. (I am only on part 2 of it and would really like to be able to go on the rest of the way for DST because i don't play regular DS.
