I added screenshot - while hovering cursor above area marked "a1" and using scroll up/down on mouse button - nothing happens. While doing the same thing above area marked "a2", it _sometimes_ works (mostly after clicking lmb around "a2" to make it focus). Clicking on arrow heads in game seems to be working mostly fine, except it's quite hard to aim at them (seems like only center of arrowhead is button, the rest is just image. In other games I found that area needed to be clicked for button to make action is bigger then image of button itself - here it's opposite and you need to be precise with your clicking). Dragging bar in scrollbar also is not working as it should, sometimes it's ok, more often not. Trying to move around this part of menu is such a bother that I choose to use arrows on my keyboard instead.
