Help Me Port Forward :(

Welp, so here's the deal...Got mah caves and overworld talking to eachother all nice and fancy like, and keep forwarding 11002 & 11001 (overworld and caves respectively) Well what happens is when I launch my servers, the 11001 disappears from my port forwarding rules, and the 11002 privatizes its port range.

Incidentally no matter what the ports are, this happens, and it doesn't matter if I seperate it as two port forwarding rules, or if I just port forward a massive range with these two in it, the end game is that I always end up with this:

I Port changes to whatever​ I set it as in the settings file for launching the server.

NOTE: It names its self, overriding whatever I named the other ones.​​

 

​FIXED: a buddy helped me fix it, he managed to get it to hold both ports and it was smooth from there.
