I've been attempting to change the textures of the Golden Crossbow mod for it to appear cleaner and arguably "better-looking", but I can't seem to get the projectile and projectile's ground sprites to render in-game, despite following this tutorial: http://forums.kleientertainment.com/topic/26852-tutorial-converting-textures-tex-dxt5-d2/

Is there something that I missed here? Granted, I've actually not tried to mod this game in ages, so I've forgotten pretty much everything...

This is what I've done with it so far:

Is this a second, replacement texture mod? That you enable after enabling the first?

Well. When loading retexture mods that replace vanilla textures, you have to restart the game. Try that?

No, no, I want to replace a mod's texture, originally the left one, with the one I made on the right. Nothing that replaces vanilla assets, and I've already made the changes while the game was off. I've already successfully replaced the inventory textures, but it's the in-game weapon, projectiles and projectile's ground sprites that I want to replace, and so far, none of them are showing up.

Have you renamed the main mod folder? If it's still workshop-#numberwhatever it'll be redownloaded when going into the mod menu or anything. Renaming it from workshop-23342etc should stop that from happening.

The mod was downloaded through the Downloads section of Klei's forums, and I'm running the GOG.com version of Don't Starve.
