Just... Invisible

I mean, I created a PG mod woth a friend, After several bugs, crashes etc, the game finaly started. Evrything is ok but this little problem. The character, "Nenecordito, The decadent king" (Mod still in beta) is... well invisible. I don't know why, there is just his shadow. I can't even pick food and drag it on him, or examine my friends who are plaing with this pg, there is just a round shadow on the ground and i'm very disappointed. I Used the Estended Sample Character Template for make this. The mod in on the workshop if you wanna check what's wrong. Please help

I have no idea if this would help at all since I only partly used the ESCT, but I had the same problem with my character not showing up at all. There was just a shadow, like with yours.

What had happened with mine was that I was supposed to put the anim character loadouts (character.bin and character.tex) into the "anim>character" directory and the character folder had to be zipped. The problem was that my zipping program (7-zip) made an extra folder around the character folder, so it looked like this: "anim>character>character" (the first character folder was the one that was zipped). So the game went to "anim>character" looking for the .tex and .bin files only to find some folder it didn't know what to do with. So I suggest you check that.

To fix it, what I had to do was instead of right clicking the folder that needed to be zipped, I took the .tex and .bin files out both the first and second character folders and dropped them directly into the anim directory, then zipped the files. That created a zipped folder called "anim" which was inside the actual anim directory, so I just changed the name of the zipped folder to my character's name as it's supposed to be, deleted the original zipped folder (which held the now empty extra folder) and viola, no extra folder and the game was able to read the files in the directory it was meant to.

I'm sorry if that's really complicated or if it isn't your problem... I just thought I'd share how I fixed my problem that sounded similar to yours. :)
