kakashisma Posted June 9, 2015 Share Posted June 9, 2015 Bug Submission: <br /><br />Category: Client Crash<br />Issue Title: Friend cannot join server<br />Issue Description: My friends and I have been trying to play online all connected to our own hosted server. One of my friends has better Internet then the others so he is supposed to be the host, when my friend, let's call him spike, tries to connect to the hosts server he gets a black screen no error or anything on my end it shows he is in the server but he never gets his character selection. If someone else hosts spike can connect fine but everyone lags. blankerer Posted June 11, 2015 Share Posted June 11, 2015 is it a black screen with the game completely not responding and so it has to be closed? or is it just a black screen because the server has so many mods enabled that it's just taking him time to download them? sooj0249 Posted June 18, 2015 Share Posted June 18, 2015 I am having the same problem. When I host, my friend is unable to join my server. There are no mods enabled, he says it shows black screen but music still playing in the back. What can I do to fix this problem? (My friend hosts with bad internet and i can join.
